This is a guest house located in the same property as the main house. Guests staying at the house do not have access to the studio and guests at the studio do not have access to the backyard or the main house. Please do not open the sliding door that leads to the backyard of the main house without prior authorization from the owners. No parties allowed No smoking or drugs. Smoking will be subject to additional $300 cleaning fees. No illegal activities Unauthorized pets are subject to an additional $300 fee. Maximum 3 guests. Unauthorized guests are subject to an additional $200 per guest.' Long stays up to 27 nights are allowed but require a weekly cleaning ($100 a week) so that we can maintain the home and address any issues. Late checkout may be assessed a $100 late checkout fee. Unauthorized pets will be assessed a $200 additional cleaning fee. Smoking inside the studio will be assessed a $300 smoking fee.
